Don't waste your money
This product is extremely thin and slips open often when you are stuffing it due to its weak nature. This is absolutely the worst sausage casing I ever used. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Great way to make your favorite meats
This casing is wonderful to use. This is the second time I have purchased from this vendor, and look forward to doing buisness with them in the future. If you haven't tried this type of casing, I encourage you to do so. You can avoid all the preservatives by making them yourself.

The product came as promised -- no problem with the supplier. I froze it, as I freeze my natural casings. It was a mistake. The casings broke up and were useless on their 2nd use -- after freezing. I don't know if the cold hurt it or if it is not a good product. I won't find out, as I will use natural products in the future.
